- Include the color and size of items,

- Check the unit of measure (each, dozen,
gallon, etc.) to ensure
that it corresponds with the information printed in the catalog.
Pricing
- Prices contained in this catalog are in effect at the time of publication
and are subject to change without notice. All pricing
reflects U.S. dollars.
- Not
responsible for typographical errors. In the event
a price or description is incorrect, the correct information will
be communicated
to the
customer when an order is received.
Bids and Quotes
Contact us for special bid pricing for merchandise to be purchased
in quantity and for quotes on special order items, furniture
and fixtures.
Terms
Net 30 days from invoice date to schools, institutions, child
care centers and other established accounts. Past due accounts
are subject
to a late
charge of 1 1/4% per month (15% annual rate), all other United
States customers please enclose payment with order or indicate
DISCOVER,
MASTERCARD, or VISA
account number and expiration date. DO
NOT SEND CASH. Generally, terms for international transactions
are
prepaid by check, money
order, credit card or letter of credit.
Delivery
Items under 200 lbs. are shipped via UPS or similar. Orders
over 200 lbs. are sent by best and most direct Motor Freight
carrier. Prepaid
orders should add
12% for estimated freight charges We will bill or credit any difference.
Damages, Shortages or Defective Merchandise

Please check all cartons immediately upon delivery.
- Please make
note of shortages or damage on the freight bill before signing.
In the event the condition
of the merchandise contained within a carton is questionable,
please write "possible
hidden damage" on the freight bill.
- Please inform
us of defective merchandise, damages or shortages within ten
days of delivery. Include your account
number and invoice number with all correspondence.
- Defective
or damaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Defective
software, pre-recorded videos, records, cassette tapes and
compact disks will be replaced
with the exact product only. No credits or refunds will be
issued on these products.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please
contact Customer Service at 1-800-331-0994 to obtain a Return Authorizations
Number. We cannot
accept unauthorized returns. Opened software, pre-recorded videos,
records, cassette tapes and compact disks cannot be returned unless
defective.
All items must be
returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be
in
100% resalable condition to receive credit.
Substitutions
Product availability or specifications may change during the life
of this catalog. In the event an item is unavailable, we will ship
a comparable
product
of equal
or better value. If dissatisfied you may return the item. Please
see our return policy above.
Taxes
We are required by law to collect sales taxes in Tennessee and
Arkansas for merchandise shipped into these states to non tax
exempt organizations.
Customers
who are
not tax exempt must include the appropriate taxes on all orders
and purchase orders. Tax exempt customers are required to include
a tax
certificate
number with all orders. If you are tax exempt and a new customer,
please include
a copy of your tax exempt certificate. |
